Pravo na pristup informacijama koje posjeduje, raspolaže ili nadzire Fond uređeno je Zakonom o pravu na pristup informacijama („Narodne novine“ br. 25/13, 85/15 and 69/22). Fond omogućava pristup informacijama o svojem radu objavljivanjem informacija na svojim internetskim stranicama te davanjem informacija korisniku koji podnese zahtjev za ostvarivanje prava na pristup informaciji.

There are no administrative or court fees for access to information in procedures before public authorities; however, the Fund may seek reimbursement of actual material costs incurred by providing information as well as any cost of delivery of requested information, in accordance with the Criteria for Determining Actual Material Costs and Information Delivery Costs („Narodne novine“ br. 141/2022).
Every user has the right to reuse, supplement or rectify information, in accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Right of Access to Information – Reuse of Information Request, Request to Supplement or Rectify Information.
