The Code of Ethics for the Employees of the Fund for financing the decommissioning of the Krško Nuclear Power Plant and the disposal of Krško NPP radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel lays down the employee code of conduct and guiding ethical principles during the performance of their duties. The aim of the Code of Ethics is to promote ethical and moral principles and values in employee conduct in the workplace in order to work towards the common good and public interest and build public trust in their work.
Citizens, legal entities and Fund employees may file a complaint with the Ethics Officer against any employee conduct they deem contrary to the provisions of the Code of Ethics. Complaints may be made and recorded orally, in writing or by e-mail.
Any anonymous or non-anonymous reports, complaints and objections concerning operational or job performance irregularities, excluding labour irregularities that are regulated by work and wage regulations or irregularities in the ethics officers’ work that are regulated by the Code of Ethics, shall be resolved by the person handling such irregularities.
